Koko is a small boy who lives in a tropical village by the river. Life is quiet and peaceful until one day a tree comes to life as the menacing Green Giant! Can Koko the Great save the day?
A beautifully illustrated story with English and Mandarin audio features, Koko the Great allows children to learn while having fun.
Taking full advantage of its leap from print to the digital format, Koko the Great includes interactive animal sounds and an original soundtrack. Readers can create their own audio book by recording their reading and personalised the sounds, allowing for fun playback to friends and family.
Koko The Great is part of the National Art Gallery, Singapores Dreaming Art Series where key works by Asian artists provide inspiration for original and new children’s illustrated stories. Koko’s story was inspired by first generation Singaporean artist Liu Kang’s oil painting Life by the River. The painting is in the collection of the National Heritage Board.
